TENDER FOR DISPOSAL OF VEHICLES AND PARTS FOR SCRAPPING

The Gorongosa Restoration Project (Gorongosa National Park), in Mozambique, is one of the most remarkable wildlife restoration stories in Africa. In 2008, the Government of Mozambique and the Carr Foundation established a Public-Private Partnership for the joint management of the Park, with a 20-year commitment, which was extended for an additional 25 years in 2018.

OBJECT OF THE TENDER
The Gorongosa Restoration Project invites interested individuals and entities to submit proposals for the purchase of vehicles and vehicle parts designated for scrapping. The disposal will be carried out through a closed-envelope bidding process.

ASSET INSPECTION
The vehicles and their respective parts will be available for inspection at the Chitengo Tourist Camp, in Gorongosa National Park, from June 4th to June 5th, 2025, between 08:30 AM and 3:00 PM.

All individuals or companies interested must pre-register by sending an email to grpconcursos@gorongosa.net, expressing their interest in visiting the site, requesting the tender documents, and, as indicated in those documents, attaching a copy of their identification document and stating the preferred date and time of the visit within the set period (June 4 to 5, 2025).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited in the tender box located in Chitengo, next to where the assets are exhibited.

The bid form must be duly completed, specifying the items of interest and the proposed values.
