Gorongosa National Park’s Youth Clubs are all about giving local young people the platform, skills, and support to shape their own future by encouraging them to sign up, speak up and be a part of something bigger.
In February, program managers and educators met with students, teachers, and school leaders across six districts—Cheringoma, Dondo, Gorongosa, Nhamatanda, Maringuè, and Muanza—to kick off a new season of youth-led initiatives.
From discussions on environmental conservation to exploring career opportunities, these meetings make sure local young people aren’t just participating—they’re heard and leading.
